A Day in Dublin
One more for St. Patrick’s Day.
If you can’t make it to Dublin for March 17, the next best thing is to make some of Dublin at home. This cocktail from D/6 in Vancouver uses Baileys and Guinness to bring a taste of the Emerald Isle to you wherever you spend St. Patrick’s Day. Slàinte Mhaith!
Ingredients
¾ ounce vodka
¾ ounce Baileys Original Irish Cream
½ ounce Drambuie
¼ ounce brown sugar
1 can Guinness
Ice
Dark chocolate, to garnish
Method
Add vodka, Baileys, Drambuie, brown sugar, and Guinness to a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake and strain into a coupe glass.
Shave dark chocolate over the top to garnish.
