3 Sparkling Grapefruit Cocktail Recipes

Fever-Tree is a mixer company that sources its ingredients all over the world. It has been turning heads in the last few years with its intense focus on sodas and ginger ales, usually afterthoughts when planning cocktails.

Recently the brand released a new beverage that has us excited, a sparkling grapefruit that attends to the resurgence of the classic Tequila Paloma. But the mixologists at Fever-Tree have shown that there are other liquors that go well with grapefruit too.

Here are three cocktail recipes using sparkling grapefruit to try as the weather gets warmer.

 

Paloma

Ingredients:
3 parts Fever-Tree Sparkling Pink Grapefruit

1 part tequila

Salt rim (optional)

Juicy pink grapefruit wedge to garnish

Method:

Add tequila to a highball glass with plenty of ice and top with Fever-Tree Sparkling Pink Grapefruit. Gently stir and garnish with a juicy pink grapefruit wedge.

 

Sparkling Pink Spritz

Ingredients:

3 parts Fever-Tree Sparkling Pink Grapefruit

1 part vodka

Thin grapefruit slices and a sprig of rosemary for garnish

Method:

Add vodka to a large wine glass with plenty of ice and top with Fever-Tree Sparkling Pink Grapefruit. Gently stir and garnish with thin grapefruit slices and a sprig of rosemary.

 

Pink Dame

Ingredients:

3 parts Fever-Tree Sparkling Pink Grapefruit

1 part Lillet Blanc

Thin grapefruit slices for garnish

Method:

Add Lillet Blanc to a large wine glass with plenty of ice and top with Fever-Tree Sparkling Pink Grapefruit. Gently stir and garnish with thin grapefruit slices.
