Seedlip’s Orange Blossom Highball for Dry January

When combined with orange blossom water, fresh lemon juice, honey syrup, and soda for this delicious highball cocktail, the Grove 42 is taken up a notch. Ingredients
2 ounces Seedlip Grove 42
½ ounce honey syrup (Combine equal parts warm water and honey. Stir to combine. Let cool.)
2 dashes orange blossom water
¼ ounce lemon juice
3 ounces Fever-Tree club soda
Slice of blood orange
Method
Combine all liquid ingredients in a highball glass.
Add ice and gently stir.
Garnish with a blood orange slice.
