Seedlip’s Orange Blossom Highball for Dry January

Flavour first.

Seedlip was among the first brands offering high-quality non-alcoholic spirit options when it launched in 2015. Since then, it has expanded to offer three flavours to appeal to every taste. The brand’s most recent expression, Seedlip Grove 42, is a complex concoction of lemon peel and Mediterranean orange buoyed by lemongrass and ginger notes. When combined with orange blossom water, fresh lemon juice, honey syrup, and soda for this delicious highball cocktail, the Grove 42 is taken up a notch. With Dry January cocktails like this, Seedlip puts alcohol in the back seat and flavour in the front.

2 ounces Seedlip Grove 42

½ ounce honey syrup (Combine equal parts warm water and honey. Stir to combine. Let cool.)

2 dashes orange blossom water

¼ ounce lemon juice

3 ounces Fever-Tree club soda
