Tudor Black Bay Chrono Is Tickled Pink
When a timepiece complements a football (soccer) team.
David Beckham has been a longstanding ambassador for Tudor, so perhaps it’s not surprising that Tudor and Inter Miami, the football club Beckham owns, have teamed up: Tudor is the official timekeeper of Inter Miami CF. As such, expect an inundation of the Tudor Shield at Miami’s Chase Stadium (to date the Shield has been spotted consistently on Beckham’s wrist—he’s worn a Tudor timepiece to every match). Not soon after the partnership announcement, the Swiss watch manufacturer released a new pink-dial version of the Black Bay, complementing the colour of the team’s jerseys.
The 41mm watch isn’t just about soccer; another Tudor ambassador Taiwanese musician Jay Chou is obsessed with the colour pink, and this new watch looks to be a collaborative inspiration from the two global faces of the brand. The Black Bay Chrono Pink will be released in limited numbers—how limited, Tudor has yet to confirm.
