Recipe of the Week: Paris Between the Wars

A visually striking and tasty cocktail using an award-winning Canadian whisky.

When developing Paris Between the Wars, the creators wanted a drink that would look good whilst also complementing the flavour notes of the whisky: cherry and chocolate. The whisky is Mountain Pass, for which its maker, The Fort Distillery in Alberta, received the 2024 Canadian Artisan Spirit of the Year award.
