A Playful Daquiri Twist From Canada’s Best Bar

Nick Kennedy, owner of Toronto’s Civil Liberties, knows a thing or two about making a tall, stiff, and delicious drink. Twice named the country’s best bar by Canada’s 100 Best, Civil Liberties is Toronto’s mecca of cocktail connoisseurship, and it has the hardware to prove it. For NUVO readers unable to make it to Canada’s biggest city, Kennedy has provided the recipe for his Miso Daq Attack, a playful twist on the classic daquiri—bartending chops not included.
