Celebrate the Flavours of Fall With This Smoked Pear Vodka Punch

From piles of crisp red and yellow leaves to vibrant orange pumpkin patches, there is no shortage of picturesque autumn scenes to marvel at as the seasons change. And for budding or pro mixologists, Canada’s harvest brings a variety of new ingredients to make the perfect fall cocktail.

As you look to cozy up at home for intimate or virtual gatherings, try your hand at a simple but elevated cocktail made with an authentic Canadian spirit, Northern Keep Vodka.

Ingredients

4 ounces Northern Keep Vodka

1 ounce Islay peated Scotch

5 ounces pear nectar

1.5 ounces freshly squeezed lemon juice

3 ounces honey syrup*

4 thyme leaves, slightly smoked

Method

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add all ingredients.

Stir well before straining the punch into a separate pitcher. Keep refrigerated (covered) before use.

To serve the cocktail, pour over fresh ice and add a sprig of thyme that’s been slightly smoked.

*To make the honey syrup, combine 1 part honey with 1 part boiled water and stir until dissolved. Wait for the syrup to come to room temperature before use.
