Vancouver-based Lauren Mote is an internationally celebrated mixologist, co-proprietor of Bittered Sling, self-proclaimed “architect of potions”, and, recently became first Canadian woman to be inducted into the Dame Hall of Fame. We asked Mote to share her recipes for three tequila-based cocktails that feel just right for summer, and offer something a little unusual, too. Here, enjoy Mote’s spin on refreshing warm-weather libations.
