St-Germain Elderflower. A crystal-clear liqueur made from a white, star-shaped flower hand harvested from the French Alps and delivered to the distillery by bicycle.

Hennessy Paradis. This blend of 35 to 130-yeard-old eaux-de-vies created by Yann Fillioux make for a golden amber elixir of sophisticated proportions.

Hendrick’s Gin. A light and ethereal Scottish gin infused with cucumber and, yes, roses.

Patrón XO Cafe. A combination of Patrón Silver tequila and coffee essence, Patrón XO is more like a coffee-flavoured tequila, than a liqueur. As such, the taste is dry and not sweet as most low-proof coffee liqueurs. Excellent for sipping and try it over vanilla gelato.

Crispin’s Rose, a liqueur. An intense flavour of flowers as fresh rose petals are macerated in a mead-juice combo. The roses are all gathered by hand and, according to the makers, there are at least a dozen flowers in every bottle.

Grand Poppy Amaro. This gently bittersweet spirit made by California-based Greenbar Distillery combines poppies with other botanicals including dandelion, burdock, blessed thistle, geranium, cherry bark, and cane sugar. Of special note, all of the ingredients in the spirit are organic.

Balvenie PortWood. A desirable scotch for those of discerning taste, the 21-year-old single malt is a concentration of flavours adding potent fruit and smoke notes to a silky-smooth full-bodied palate.
