A Matcha Martini Made in Heaven

Summer is bright: vibrant clothes, electric-blue skies, and a rainbow of shades in our food. So why not drink the bright colours as well? This cocktail recipe from Dillon’s uses the distillers vodka and amaretto alongside matcha to create a green juice that may not be as healthy as a kale smoothie but a lot more fun to drink on a summer afternoon.

 

 

Ingredients

1 teaspoon matcha powder
1 ounce hot water
1 1/2 ounces Dillon’s Vodka
½ ounce almond milk
½ ounce Dillon’s Amaretto
Ice

Method

Chill coupe glasses in the freezer
Add the matcha powder to the hot water and mix.
Add the matcha mixture, vodka, almond milk, and amaretto to a cocktail shaker with ice.
Strain into a chilled glass.
