L’Occitane en Provence Magic Key

They may be Provence’s finest purveyors of the best ingredients for skin-care products, but L’Occitane en Provence is smart with accessories, too. (And, if you’ve always wondered, the name is pronounced “lox-ee-tahn”.) The company realized that the last dash of cream in any lotion container is usually fated for the garbage can; it’s near-impossible to squeeze or press out all of the precious contents. So, they introduced the innovative Magic Key, a flat metal “key” meant for tubes of cream. Slide it onto the end of a L’Occitane tube—be it shea butter hand cream, cade shaving cream, or any of their metallic tubed products—and turn it like a key to make the most of the lotion within. Voilà.
