Aman at Sea Announces Luxurious New Mediterranean Yacht Voyages

Travel like a superstar on Amangati.

The word “yacht” instantly conjures up luxury, glamour, and escapism. From the 1956 wedding reception of Prince Rainier III and Grace Kelly on Christina O to Duran Duran’s 1982 hit music video for “Rio,” celebrating on board one of these elite vessels has always been presented as an aspirational target.

Aman at Sea aims to capture that romantic, indulgent spirit with Amangati, its new ocean-going superyacht. Debuting in spring 2027, the 180-metre-long motorized yacht—built by Genoa-based T. Marrioti—is destined to explore a variety of coveted scenic Mediterranean itineraries, ranging from the coastlines of France and Spain to the beaches of Italy and Croatia. Voyages typically run five to eight nights.

With a maximum capacity of just 94 guests, Amangati has 47 elegant suites that evoke the tranquil, minimalist aesthetic of a Japanese ryokan. Linen wall coverings, ashwood flooring, and travertine baths add to the soothing ambiance. Floor-to-ceiling windows and private terraces offer ample natural lights and captivating sea views. Suite hosts, concierge service, in-suite breakfasts, and nightly turndown service ramp up the pampering quotient.

The graceful nine-deck yacht features a cornucopia of other diversions. Guests can luxuriate in the sunshine on daybeds next to the outdoor pool. The Selora Marina and Lounge provides direct access to the sea with sleek tenders and dynamic water toys. Helicopter tours are available via two helipads.

Four dining venues and six lounges offer gustatory treats aplenty. Seek out wellness and pure relaxation at the Aman Spa, which includes a Japanese garden, a fitness centre, and treatment rooms that overlook the waves. For visitors entranced by Mediterranean art, culture, and history, Amangati’s staff is happy to craft personalized on-shore experiences.

An Aegean Islands itinerary sees Amangati visiting storied hubs of architecture and religion like Athens and Istanbul. An Italian Riviera itinerary brings opportunities to stroll along Nice’s Promenade des Anglais and explore Florence’s legendary art galleries. On select trips, Amangati will enable guests to soak up major cultural and sporting events like the Cannes Film Festival or the Monaco Grand Prix.
