Maison Patina

A dyeing art.

For 10 years, Emmanuel Farré has been elevating leather pieces with patina treatments. After teaching himself the process in his hometown of Toulouse, France, Farré established Maison Patina in 2015 to distribute his made-to-order dyed shoes, bags, and other accessories crafted from fine leathers. To create a weathered aesthetic, Farré removes all factory dyes from the leather before hand painting it with eight to 12 different hues from natural pigments and dyes. Farré’s bespoke designs have quickly garnered international praise, leading to his role as exclusive patina artisan for Parisian menswear brand Loding. He’s also released a collection with leathergoods retailer Betty Hemmings.
