It is, perhaps, one of those eternal questions: “Where should we dine?” Thankfully, in asking ourselves this, we have come up with plenty of answers. We discovered some hidden gems in Paris, including round-the-block lineups at British import the Sunken Chip, and a belle époque showpiece, Le Train Bleu, inside the Gare de Lyon train station. Options are the order of the day at Red Hills Market in Oregon’s wine country and Easy Tiger in Austin, Texas, and flavour remains the focus at chef Yotam Ottolenghi’s London outlets. And, when all else fails, order pizza (at the preferred Neapolitan pizzeria of the President of the United States). Finding a good meal can be a tall order, but these 15 options are a great starter.
