Mille Miglia, which literally translates as “one thousand miles,” is the name for the start-of-summer long-distance rally for head-turning vintage cars travelling cobblestone streets through ancient Italian towns from Brescia to Rome and back. Each year, Chopard releases a timepiece to accompany the race, a limited run to celebrate another year of festivities. The 2024 model is the Mille Miglia Classic Chronograph JX7, inspired by racing legend Jacky Ickx and his owl-themed helmet. The timepiece boasts a handsome midnight-blue dial and a rubber strap with a tire-tread pattern.
